Sinopec is planning to establish 1,000 hydrogen stations by 2025 in China as the state oil and gas producer accelerates development of its new energy business.
Formally known as China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, the company currently operates 27 pilot stations in China and plans to significantly increase production of hydrogen infrastructure to help hydrogen energy become the most competitive Sinopec emerging business.Sharing the news on WeChat, Sinopec said it has anchored the goal of building China’s largest hydrogen energy company and accelerated the transformation of hydrogen sources from grey hydrogen to blue hydrogen and green hydrogen - Link
