Wokingham's waste management operator has named Sebastian Rogers as the winner of the recycling box throwing competition for the third year in a row.
Sebastian consistently managed to throw the black recycling boxes more than twenty feet away from the house it belonged to on his rounds within the borough.
The award for returning as many recycling boxes with other people's waste in it went to Jakub Różalski of Swallowfield. more like this (Wokingham) - link
